Voca for events

Voca for events — badges that actually generate ROI.

Conferences are expensive. Sponsorships are expensive. Booths are expensive. The thing nobody measures is whether the actual on-the-floor handoffs translated into pipeline. Voca makes every badge tap into a measurable signal, and lets you bulk-provision cards for an entire team in one CSV upload.

The problem

The workflow

  1. 1

    Bulk provision

Upload a CSV with names + emails. Voca generates a card + Wallet pass for each team member, with the shared workspace branding pre-applied.

  2. 2

    Lanyard-ready Wallet pass

Every attendee's pass installs in Apple Wallet with QR on the back — staff don't need physical NFC cards if they don't want them.

  3. 3

    Live attribution

Each tap is attributed to the specific staff member's card AND to a workspace-level event tag — so you can roll up to 'taps from SaaStr 2026'.

  4. 4

    Post-event report

Pull the workspace dashboard 24h after the event closes — top performers, top intents, lead-to-meeting conversion rates, full export.

FAQ

How many cards can we provision at once?

Up to 500 in a single CSV. Above that, contact us and we'll batch it.

Do we need to buy physical NFC cards for everyone?

No — Apple Wallet passes work as the primary handoff for most teams. NFC cards are optional and you can order branded ones in 5 days.

Can we restrict editing so staff can't change the team CTA?

Yes — Owner sets the workspace branding and webhook; Members can only edit their own bio and Calendly URL. Viewers see analytics but can't edit.

How does billing work for short events?

Team Monthly is $9.99/seat/month. Provision the seats for the event month, then downgrade — no annual lock-in.
