Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Voca ("Voca", "we", "us") is operated by Global Serasi GenAI, LLC. By creating a Voca card, claiming a handle, or paying for a subscription, you ("you", "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Registered office and jurisdiction details: see [email protected]. (Full corporate disclosure will be published here before commercial launch in regulated markets.)

2. The service

Voca lets you create an AI-generated personal profile, claim a unique handle (the URL voca.yolife.us/u/<handle>), share it via NFC or QR, and install it as an Apple Wallet pass. Pro subscribers unlock additional features described on our Pricing page.

3. Your account

4. What you can put on your card

Your card represents you (or your organisation, if you've claimed a workspace). You may not use Voca to publish content that:

We can suspend or delete cards that violate these rules without refund. We will tell you why.

5. Pricing, billing and refunds

Prices may be displayed in your local currency at Stripe Checkout. The charged amount is converted by Stripe at the rate quoted at purchase time.

Refunds: see our Refund Policy.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers via email. Changes apply from your next renewal — never retroactively.

6. Your content, your ownership

You retain all rights to the text, images and links you publish on your Voca card. By using Voca, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, format, transmit and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

We do not sell your content, your contact details, or the analytics events generated by visits to your card. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of who can see what.

7. AI-generated content

When you use voice, photo or text input, Voca sends that input to Anthropic (Claude) for the limited purpose of producing your bio and intent-aware introductions. Anthropic does not train its models on your input. The resulting text is shown to you for review before publication — you confirm it before it goes live.

You're responsible for the accuracy of anything you publish. AI can make mistakes; review your card.

8. NFC hardware

Voca cards work on any NFC-capable smartphone via the standard browser. We don't sell physical NFC cards directly; if you bought one from a reseller, your relationship with that reseller is separate from these Terms.

9. Service availability

We target high availability but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, network outages, third-party failures (Firebase, Stripe, Anthropic, Apple Wallet) may cause temporary unavailability. No service credits are due for outages on the Free plan.

10. Termination

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voca's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost business, lost data).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
